On Sept. 22, 2008 at around 3:15 pm a Royal garbage truck on Spackenkill Road lost control while traveling eastbound downhill near Millbank Road. When the truck lost control it sweared across both lanes and rolled over coming to rest on a gaurdrail facing west in the eastbound lane on the drivers side.

With the vehicle on it's drivers side this left the operating entrapped requiring extrication. Arlington firefighters and paramedics worked hand in hand to treat and extricate the
